Red Mountain Management, LLC does not handle payments on it's Web site but will make links available to its banking institution who will process your transaction on Red Mountain Management's behalf.  The use of outside links to make payments will be subject to the rules and regulations of that institution and its Web site.  Please read their Web site's policies and understand that your are subject to them when using their online services.

If you choose to make an online payment, or to purchase products or services from us or our partners, you may need to give personal information and authorization to obtain information from various credit services. For

example, you may need to provide the following information:

In addition to providing the foregoing information to our partners, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. Email that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers to us through an unsecured email.

Red Mountain Management, LLC offers Web space for its communities to develop their own Web sites.  Community Web sites are separate Web sites developed by its community members and their communities governing body.  Community Web sites may, or may not,  have a URL address that is located within the Red Mountain Management's URL or within the servers used by the Red Mountain Management Web.  Community Web sites may or may not be linked to from the Red Mountain, LLC Web site.  Community Web sites are separate entities; Information and policies governing the Red Mountain Management, LLC Web site do not extend to the community Web sites, and information and policies on community Web sites are separate and independent from Red Mountain Management.  Red Mountain Management retains, at its discretion and in good faith, the right to edit the contents of community Web sites under its URL , on its servers, or under its maintenance agreement, and make the results of such censorship freely know to the community and its leadership.  Red Mountain Management may insert links into community Web sites under its URL , on its servers, or under its maintenance agreement, that provide information and/or products and services that may be deemed useful to a particular community and its members.

 

Your Consent

By using our Web site you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Red Mountain Management retains, at its discretion, the right to change its privacy policy at any time.  If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our Web site to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
